We are looking for an ambitious and committed farmer who wants to help run and develop Byaasgaard's microfarm - together with Pernille.
 
We are looking for someone who wants to be a professional sparring partner and co-responsible for Byaasgaard's market garden. The position is part-time and with a 50/50 distribution of responsibilities and tasks.
 
Byaasgaard is a small part-time micro-farm with vegetables, fruit and berries. The production is sold locally and in Copenhagen, among other places. There is an existing production to build on, but also good opportunity to develop new ideas and directions.
 
We imagine that you:
– have experience with agriculture – preferably a market garden, but it is not a requirement
– want to take responsibility and work independently
– is curious and has the courage to try out new ideas
– you are interested in both cultivation, planning and development of a small farm
– wants professional sparring and to make decisions together.
 
Market gardening experience is a plus but not a must. I am looking for someone with professionalism, drive and good ideas – and who wants to help shape where Byaasgaard micro-agriculture is going.
 
Pernille herself lacks a qualified sparring partner to discuss cultivation, priorities and development with, and therefore hopes to find someone who can both contribute her own knowledge and challenge me with my ideas.

The Farm Shop har lokal mad, Is, Naturvin, kød, Kaffe & ØKO morgenmad – Hundested’s morgenkaffebar med komplet morgenmad, en kop kaffe eller let frokost.
 
Glamping tents/cabins & nature camping – right by Frederiksværk & Hundested and 45 minutes north of Copenhagen
Right next to the water, with green and wild nature (and Psst – the whole place is being converted to Organic)
