The nature campsite at Byaasgaard is located on Halsnæs in North Zealand, close to Hundested and less than an hour from Copenhagen.

At Byaasgaard you have a free choice between all standard pitches. You just find the corner or spot that suits you best when you arrive (except for viewing pitches).
Lie down wherever suits you best. All pitches have access to electricity. And you don't risk the pitch being booked for someone else when you decide to stay an extra night.
Then you can extend and extend and extend - just take it day by day...

Regenerative vacation
Byaasgaards Nature Camping is on several levels down towards the fjord, so there are fantastic views and nooks and crannies "hidden" all around the site.
The campsite is divided into two areas, the lower "meadow" and the upper "Forest". As the name suggests, there are more trees in the ‘Forest’ and more open on the ‘Meadow’.
Part of our areas, especially by the beach, have been designated a nature reserve worthy of preservation, precisely because of nature, animal and bird life. We take extra care of that.
That is why we do not use any kind of pesticides or poisons on our areas.

Family-friendly nature camping
Water is one of the best toys for children. The fjord is very shallow, so it is some of the safest bathing water in Denmark. It is part of a family-friendly camping holiday in nature
There are large green areas on the square and behind the square with plenty of space for play and ball games - and there are plenty of trees and forest that can be used freely. So if you love climbing trees, then you have come to the right place.
Byaasgaard has a bouncy castle, , trampolines, climbing frames, swings and ball field.
Animals and dogs at Byaasgaard
Dogs and cats are a natural part of life in the countryside – and therefore very welcome at Byaasgaard.
However, we ask that they are always kept on a leash – everywhere in the area.
We do this out of consideration for our own animals, other dogs, children and guests who want to be able to move around safely and calmly.
This way, everyone can enjoy nature and their vacation in peace and quiet.

Byaasgaard loves campervans
Here you will find good pitches for campers at Byaasgaard Naturcamping - and most of our pitches have a good, firm surface.
Camping can be a very climate-friendly way to vacation, and it can actually be one of the most environmentally friendly solutions if your means of transportation is a bicycle with a tent to sleep in. But the camper/motorhome is also a good climate-friendly alternative.
The little extras
Sheep also live at Byaasgaard – go in and pet them – they love it!
You can freely feed the hens with grass / vegetables and we sell their eggs in The Farm Shop.
All common kitchens have herbs for free use.
Dogs & Cats are allowed on the site, on a leash.

Self-service Nature Camping - Open all year round
The nature campsite is open all year round - even if there is no staff present.
With our self-service Check In you can come as you please – even outside the farm shop's opening hours.
The farm shop is open throughout the summer months, spring and autumn on weekends, and in winter it is only open for self-service nature camping.
Breakfast & Coffee in the Farm Shop
The farm shop is Hundested's morning coffee bar.
In The Farm Shop You can order a full breakfast, a cup of coffee, a bun with cheese or a light lunch.
We base as much as we can on our own raw materials from our own Microfarming and goods that have traveled as little as possible. Primarily organic – of course.
You will find a cozy corner for families with young children and groups of mothers, a good cup of coffee and a quiet area for those who want to sit and have some peace and quiet to work.
