50% of the full price of the booking is charged as a deposit when booking.


FLEX - rebooking/cancellation

With Flex, you can cancel and rebook completely until 15.00 the day before arrival. Choose FLEX in online ordering. 
 
Flex is the perfect choice if you want to secure your place long in advance, but are unsure whether you might be prevented. However, you should be aware that an administration fee of DKK 115 per change or cancellation is added.



Right of withdrawal and complaint / Cancellation - without FLEX

If canceled within 30 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded, however a cancellation fee of DKK 250 will be deducted.

In case of cancellation/change less than 30 days before scheduled arrival or "no show", no compensation will be made.

If you have made a mistake in the order, the booking can be canceled with a full refund, by contacting us by email within 24 hours of the order.

Delivery conditions
You will receive an email with confirmation of the order and information about the stay shortly after the purchase.
 
 
We endeavor to deliver what the guest wants, but reserve the right, in rare cases, to change any booking made from a particular room/cabin to a room/cabin of a similar standard, otherwise the booking may thereby be considered invalid. We disclaim responsibility for errors in prices and calculations.
 
All information with us is stored in accordance with the GDPR.

The fine print - Personal data policy

1. General

This personal data policy applies to Byaasgaard Camping. The purpose of the policy is to clarify how we handle your personal data.

2. Data controller

3. How we collect your personal data

Your data is collected in connection with your stay at the campsite. We collect personal data in the following way: • When you choose to purchase and / or request one of the campsite's services • Via TV surveillance Collection of personal data and the processing of these will at all times take place in accordance with applicable law. The TV surveillance is set up as a security-creating measure for employees and guests. The surveillance can be found at the entrance to the square.

4. What personal data do we collect

We collect the following: • Name, address, telephone number, nationality and possibly email address. • In addition, we register your purchases of the campsite's services for the purpose of settling stays. • For foreign guests, we also register the type and number of a passport or other travel document. You can, at your own request, choose to provide the campsite with additional information that you consider may be important for your stay. This can be, for example, information about disability or medical condition. This type of personal data is neither registered nor processed. In addition to receiving information from yourself, the campsite will in some cases supplement our information with data that we have received from third parties, such as a group manager or tour guide. In these cases, the third party is required to inform the guests involved about the terms and conditions of the campsite. The third party is also responsible for a possible necessary collection of consent forms for the registration and processing of sensitive personal data.

5. Purpose of the collection

The collection of your personal data is for one or more of the following purposes: • Fulfillment of legal requirements • Processing of your reservations and purchase of the campsite's services • Contact you before and during your stay • Submission of desired information about the campsite's services Your personal data is collected solely for the above purpose. Your personal data is limited to only what is necessary, cf. the above. We will obtain your consent if your data is to be used for other purposes.

6. The legal basis for the processing

As a ground point, the processing of your personal data is imposed on the campsite by law. This is the case, for example, in connection with guest registration at check-in, where the legislation states which personal data the campsite is required to register, cf. the Passport Order and the Aliens Order. The campsite is also required to inform the nationality of overnight guests to Statistics Denmark. In addition, your personal data is registered and processed for accounting reasons in connection with your purchases of the campsite's services.

7. Who is your data shared with?

Apart from the legal requirements for registration of overnight guests and accounts, your personal data is not shared with third parties.

8. Data transfer

Your data will not be transferred to other countries.

9. Storage and deletion

Your data is stored on a server located within the EU / EEA. To avoid data loss, the campsite regularly backs up our data sets. Your personal information will be deleted when all purposes for that registration are no longer necessary. However, information about the contact person for billing information is stored for five years so that applicable accounting legislation can be complied with. When the 5 years have passed, the information is deleted. You may at any time request access to or deletion of your personal data, provided that legal requirements do not make this illegal.

11. Your rights

Pursuant to the EU Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: • You have the right, upon request, to gain insight into the personal data that we process about you. • You have the right to have any incorrect personal information corrected and updated. • You have the right to have the personal data that the campsite is not required to store deleted. • You have the right to revoke your consent, which forms the basis for the processing of your personal data, without this affecting the legality of the processing, which was based on consent before the revocation of this. • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you can request to receive your personal data so that it can be easily transferred to you or another data controller elected of you. • You have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data. Any inquiries about this should be sent to the above address. • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
